The following rules must be observed throughout the weight loss period:

  • Eat three times a day (at about the same time). Use fresh fruits and vegetables for snacks, but no earlier than 2 hours after a meal.
  • The last meal should be at least 3 hours before bedtime.
  • Drink at least 2 liters of clean water a day (including tea and coffee without sugar).
  • Do not swap the lunch and dinner menus.
